Večerja danes: kruhki s špinačo, rikoto in mozzarelo. Testo za pico daš v modelčke za mafine (narežeš testo na kvadrate), ena žlica rikote, ena žlica špinače (take pasirane), potreseš z malo mocarele, zapreš kvadratek. Pečeš 15min na 230°C. Matej prav da so božanski (no zanj je bila narejena tudi mesna verzija s pršutom)

Supper tonight: buns with spinach, ricotta cheese and mozzarella. Put pizza dough into muffin tray (cut in on squares), one spoon of ricotta, one spoon spinach, and spread over some mozzarella. Close the square and bake on 230°C for 15 min. Enjoy!
